Patients at risk of bronchial asthma or bronchospasm should use this medication cautiously under medical supervision. Patients who might face the risk of heart failure should be carefully monitored when receiving this medication. Patients scheduled for surgery should discontinue this medication 24 hours before surgery, and care should be taken during anesthesia. Dizziness may occur during the initial doses, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should take this medication cautiously as it may affect the fetus or newborn. Safety in children has not been established, so caution is required when administering it to children. Elderly patients should start with low doses to avoid excessive blood pressure reduction and should taper off slowly. In cases of overdose, symptoms like bradycardia, heart failure, hypotension, bronchospasm, and hypoglycemia may appear, necessitating immediate medical attention. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored away from high temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius.
