Adult dose

For typical adults, take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that impair lactose digestion should not take it. People with hypertension, heart, or kidney diseases must consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Elderly individuals with swelling or advanced age should exercise caution before taking this medicine, and dosage adjustments may be necessary. Women who are taking other medications, pregnant, or possibly pregnant should also consult a specialist. Individuals who are very weak or have weak digestion, as well as those who sweat excessively, should seek consultation before using this medicine. Those who have previously experienced skin rashes or allergic reactions from this medicine should avoid taking it. Patients with urinary problems, thyroid dysfunction, or diabetes should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or limbs, or increased blood pressure occur during the use of this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If unusual symptoms such as muscle weakness, fatigue, palpitations, insomnia, rash, vomiting, or diarrhea occur, stop taking the medicine and inform a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than a month, cease use and consult a specialist. This medicine should be used cautiously when combined with other medicines containing potassium or licorice, as it may cause side effects such as muscle weakness. When used for an extended period, it should be discussed with a specialist, and caution is advised when used with specific medications such as ephedra or thyroid medications, as side effects may occur more readily. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and check for overlapping ingredients with other herbal medicines. Store in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, keeping it in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. The medicine should be kept in its original container, tightly sealed; transferring it to another container may lead to a decrease in quality or misuse risk.
