How to take
Adult dose
Generally, adults take 1 packet (single dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.
Precautions
This medicine contains lactose, and individuals with a genetic condition that prevents lactose digestion should not take it. Patients with hypertension or issues with the heart or kidneys, individuals with swelling concerns, or older adults should consult an expert before taking this medication. Additionally, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, those currently taking other medications, patients who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medication, and children should discuss this medicine with an expert before use. If during use there is a decrease in urine output, swelling of the face, hands, and feet, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness of hands, or symptoms such as increased blood pressure or headache, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, skin rash or itching, nausea and vomiting, cough and shortness of breath, or widespread fatigue or jaundice of the skin or eyes occur, discontinue use immediately. It is also important to consult an expert if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for over a month. This medication should not be taken for long periods; if long-term use is necessary, it should only be done under the guidance of an expert. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration; caution should be used when taking this medicine in conjunction with other medications containing potassium or licorice or certain diuretics due to potential side effects. Care should be taken to avoid duplicating the same ingredients when taking other herbal medicines. When storing, keep in a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight, and ensure it is sealed and out of reach of children after use. Transferring medicine from its original container to another poses risks of misuse or degradation of quality; therefore, it should be stored in its original container.

- Weakness, limb cramps, paralysis → myopathy.
- Shortness of breath with cough, respiratory distress, fever → interstitial pneumonia.
- General fatigue, jaundice of the skin or eyes → liver dysfunction.
Mild side effects
- Nausea, vomiting, rash or redness (congestion and reddening), itching.
- Weakness, limb cramps.
