This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as the ingredients included may cause uterine contractions, increasing the risk of premature delivery. Breastfeeding women should also avoid this medication, as the ingredients can be transmitted through breast milk, potentially causing diarrhea in the infant. Persons with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take this medication, as it contains lactose which may worsen symptoms. Patients undergoing treatment or individuals experiencing diarrhea symptoms should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as it may exacerbate symptoms. Those with weak stomachs or very low physical strength should also consult a professional before taking this medication, as symptoms like abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhea may occur. In children, the safety of this medication has not been sufficiently confirmed, so caution is advised. Elderly individuals, whose bodily functions may be weakened, may experience side effects more easily, thus requiring careful dosage reduction. If symptoms do not improve during use, immediate consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is required. Caution should be taken regarding ingredient duplication when taken with other herbal medications. While it contains Daehwang which can relieve constipation, individual variability is high, so recommended dosage and administration should be strictly followed. Specific herbal ingredients like Banha and Odu should not be used together, and stimulant laxatives should not be used for prolonged periods (over one week) due to the risk of tolerance and worsening constipation. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and should be tightly sealed after use to maintain quality. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers.

Serious side effects

• Symptoms of interstitial pneumonia: If symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or lung abnormal sounds occur, discontinue use and consult medical personnel immediately.
• Liver dysfunction and jaundice: Symptoms of jaundice may appear along with elevated levels of AST, ALT, ALP, and γ-GTP.
