Precautions
This medicine should not be used in patients with fever due to inflammation. Additionally, this medicine contains lactose, and patients with genetic disorders that affect lactose digestion should not take it. Those with high blood pressure, the elderly, patients with heart or kidney problems, those with swelling symptoms, and individuals currently receiving other treatments should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If urine output decreases, if there is severe swelling of the face, hands, or feet, heavy eyelids, stiffness in hands, increased blood pressure, or headache occurs after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Moreover, long-term use of this medicine may lead to a condition called hypokalemia, which is a low potassium level in the blood, potentially causing increased blood pressure, body swelling, and weight gain, so careful monitoring is necessary. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. During the use of this drug, taking potassium-containing medications, medications containing licorice, or certain diuretics may increase the risk of side effects, so caution is advised. When storing, keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, and do not transfer to another container to maintain the drug's quality.
