Precautions

This medication should not be used if there are bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections on the skin, as it may worsen symptoms. It is also advised not to use this drug if allergic to it or its components, has a perforated eardrum, ulcers, severe burns, perioral dermatitis, or rosacea. Individuals with allergies to specific antibiotics that can cause hypersensitivity reactions to this medication should also avoid use. Pregnant or potentially pregnant women and nursing mothers, as well as children or minors, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If any unusual reactions appear such as symptoms of infection on the skin, rash, pruritus, irritation, or redness during use, stop using it immediately and consult a specialist. Using this medication for long periods or over large areas can affect hormonal regulation in the body, so caution is needed. When used near the eyes, there is a risk of developing problems such as glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure, so special care should be taken. When administered to children, due to greater absorption of the drug relative to body weight, the possibility of side effects is higher, thus it should be used under the supervision of a guardian. This medication should be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to stop using it as soon as the symptoms improve. Long-term or excessive use increases the risk of side effects and should be avoided. Methods such as occlusive dressing can lead to increased absorption of the medication through the skin, potentially causing side effects if not used under professional guidance. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes, nor should it be used for non-treatment purposes such as makeup or shaving. After use, it should be stored out of reach of children in its original container for safety.
