Treatment of dermatophyte infections (such as athlete's foot, tinea corporis, etc.) and pityriasis, as well as skin candidiasis.
This medicine is used to treat skin fungal infections such as athlete's foot, tinea cruris, tinea corporis, caused by dermatophytes like Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton, as well as pityriasis caused by Pityrosporum orbiculare, and skin candidiasis.
Apply to the affected area (diseased area) once or twice daily. For athlete's foot, apply once daily or twice for 1 to 2 weeks. For tinea corporis, tinea cruris, and skin candidiasis, apply for 1 to 2 weeks. For pityriasis, apply for 2 weeks.
This medicine should not be used by anyone who has previously had an allergic reaction to this medicine or its components. It is also advisable that pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, and nursing mothers refrain from using this medicine. It is safest not to use this medicine in children. If a rash or allergic reaction occurs while using this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Also, if the skin becomes severely irritated or symptoms worsen, consult a professional immediately. If hives, red spots, itching, irritation, skin peeling, scab formation, pigmentation abnormalities, prickling pain or burning sensation occur, discontinue use and seek advice. When using this medicine, do not apply a sealed bandage or packaging method without a doctor's instructions. If this medicine is ineffective, check for fungal infection and consider other treatment options. In the case of candidal infection, it is advisable to avoid the use of acidic soaps. This medicine is minimally absorbed into unbroken skin, leading to fewer systemic side effects, but caution should be exercised in cases of application to injured areas or large areas, especially in infants. If this medicine is accidentally ingested, activated charcoal should be used to eliminate the active ingredient, and symptomatic treatment should be provided if necessary. This medicine is an external preparation intended for skin application only, and should not be used on eyes, nails, scalp, around the mouth, or vaginal area. In particular, if it gets into the eyes, it can cause irritation, so it should be immediately rinsed out with plenty of water, and there is a rare likelihood of exacerbating fungal infections, so caution is advised. Mild phototoxic reaction has been reported in animal experiments, so care should be taken when exposed to sunlight. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children, and stored securely in its original container. Transferring to another container may increase the risk of misuse and reduce quality, so caution is advised.
