This medication should not be used in patients with specific bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections, as it may worsen symptoms. Additionally, it should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or its components, patients with perforated eardrums suffering from eczematous otitis externa, ulcers, severe burns, perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea. Patients with hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics should also use caution. Patients allergic or sensitive to propylene glycol should use this medication carefully. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and infants or children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If abnormal symptoms such as skin infections, irritation, rash, itching, or skin discoloration occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Prolonged use may result in side effects such as skin atrophy, telangiectasia, dermatitis; if symptoms occur, the dosage should be reduced or switched to a non-corticosteroid medication. This medication can be absorbed systemically and may cause hormonal suppression, Cushing's syndrome, and hyperglycemia, so regular check-ups are necessary with extensive or long-term use. When used around the eyes, caution is advised due to the risk of glaucoma or cataracts, and prolonged large-scale use should be avoided. Caution is particularly necessary for patients with impaired kidney function or hearing disabilities. Pediatric patients face a higher risk of side effects compared to adults, so minimum dosages should be used under caregiver supervision. The use of occlusive dressings increases the risk of infection and should be done under a physician's guidance; discontinue use immediately if signs of sensitization appear. This medication is not for ophthalmic use, so it should not be applied directly to the eyes, and should not be used after makeup or shaving.
