Precautions

This medication can cause serious heart problems if suddenly stopped in patients with angina; therefore, the dosage must be gradually reduced according to the doctor's instructions. Patients with certain conditions such as bradycardia, heart conduction disorders, severe heart failure, diabetic acidosis, severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and severe hypotension should not take this medication. Patients with obstructive airway disease, peripheral circulation disorders, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or impaired liver and kidney function should use this medication with caution and under a doctor's supervision. This drug may cause symptoms such as a slowed heart rate, fatigue, and breathing difficulties; if these symptoms occur, medical assistance should be sought immediately. Care should be taken when driving or operating dangerous machinery due to the risk of dizziness or unsteadiness caused by low blood pressure. This medication can interact with various other drugs, so if you are taking other medications, you must inform your healthcare provider and be monitored carefully. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before taking this drug, as it may cause cardiac and blood sugar issues in the newborn. In the case of children or the elderly, this medication should be administered cautiously as its safety and efficacy have not been fully established, and the risk of side effects is higher. In case of overdose, symptoms such as decreased heart rate, heart failure, hypotension, and bronchospasm may appear, requiring immediate medical attention for appropriate emergency treatment. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container to prevent misuse or deterioration of quality.
