Gastrointestinal spasms accompanied by irritable bowel pain: Inject 5 mg of cimetropium bromide per dose intramuscularly or intravenously. 2. Premedication before examination: Administer 10 mg of this drug per dose by intravenous injection over at least 40 minutes.
