Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections as it may worsen symptoms. It is safe to avoid use if there is an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Patients with a perforated tympanic membrane or eczema of the external auditory canal should avoid using this medication as it may delay healing. It is recommended not to use this medication in patients with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite as skin regeneration may be suppressed, delaying healing. Patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea should also avoid use. Patients with hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics or bacitracin should not use this medication. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should consult with a physician or pharmacist before using this medication. When using it in children or infants, it should be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian, with particular caution. If symptoms of infection, irritation, itching, rash, skin discoloration, or acne appear during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Prolonged or extensive use may suppress pituitary or adrenal function, so caution is advised. When used around the eyes, caution is necessary as it may increase intraocular pressure or risk of glaucoma, and visual disturbances may occur with long-term use. Even with localized application, systemic side effects such as kidney dysfunction or hearing loss may occur, so prolonged use should be avoided. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and discontinue use as soon as symptoms improve. If using techniques such as occlusive dressing, significant absorption of the medication through the skin can increase the risk of side effects, so follow the expert's guidance. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes and should be avoided when not used for treatment purposes such as after makeup or shaving. Store this medication out of reach of children, and keep the medication in its original container to prevent deterioration or misuse.
