Adult use

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the drug, perforated tympanic membrane, ulcers, severe burns, specific dermatitis, and children under 2 years of age. Caution is advised for pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, children, and the elderly. If there are signs of infection while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Long-term or extensive use may cause side effects such as skin thinning or capillary dilation, so precautions are necessary. If used in high volumes or for extended periods, regular testing is required as it may suppress pituitary and adrenal function. Caution is also advised when using around the eyes to avoid risks of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma; consult medical personnel immediately if symptoms like blurred vision occur. Generally, this medication should only be used within 7 days, and it is advisable to stop use quickly upon improvement of symptoms. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use as it may affect the fetus or baby. Special attention is necessary for children as they have a larger skin area relative to their weight, which increases the risk of side effects, particularly in diaper-wearing areas. The elderly may be more susceptible to side effects, so careful observation is necessary during high-dose or long-term use. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes, nor for purposes other than treatment, such as after makeup or shaving. When using occlusive dressings, always follow medical instructions and keep the affected area clean to reduce the risk of infection. Keep out of reach of children, do not damage the container or burn it, and do not use aerosol forms near flames. Caution is required for psoriasis patients as prolonged high-dose use may worsen skin condition.
