Moreover, when taking this medicine for an extended period, potassium levels in the blood should be periodically monitored, and if muscle-related symptoms such as fatigue, limb cramps, or paralysis appear, the medicine should be discontinued. Caution should be exercised if taken alongside potassium-containing medications or certain diuretics, as the risk of muscle-related side effects may increase.
