This medicine should not be used by individuals who are weak, have a fever, or feel fatigued. Additionally, it should not be administered to those with fever, dry cough, or fever due to inflammation. This medicine contains lactose, so patients with genetic disorders affecting lactose breakdown should not take it. Caution is advised for children with poor nutritional status or those with phlegm heat. There may be side effects such as dry mouth or tongue distortion during use, so caution is necessary. Individuals with high blood pressure, elderly patients, those with heart or kidney problems, or patients with edema who are receiving treatment from a doctor should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. If urination decreases or if the face, hands, and feet swell, eyelids feel heavy, or if stiffness in hands occurs, or if blood pressure rises and headaches occur after taking, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use may result in symptoms such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, and weight gain, so regular blood tests to monitor potassium levels are recommended. If symptoms like muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur, discontinue use and consult a specialist. Use of potassium-containing preparations, licorice components, or certain diuretics may increase the risk of side effects, so caution is needed. This medicine is best avoided alongside certain traditional herbs, Banha and Odu. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, in a secure location not accessible to children. Additionally, do not transfer the medication from its original container to another container, and ensure it is tightly sealed after use.
