Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with inflammation, those who are weak, those with fever, or those experiencing dry cough. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic issue related to lactose digestion should not use it. Children with nutritional deficiencies or those with phlegm, elderly individuals, patients with high blood pressure, those with heart or kidney issues, individuals with edema, and those currently undergoing treatment from a doctor must consult a specialist before use. If you notice a decrease in urine output, swelling in the face or limbs, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness in the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches during use, you must stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use may lead to decreased potassium levels in the blood, potentially causing muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis, so careful monitoring is necessary, and if any abnormalities are observed, usage should be halted. Caution is necessary when using this medication with other potassium preparations, licorice-containing medications, or specific diuretics, as this may easily lead to low blood potassium levels and muscle dysfunction. Prolonged use of the licorice component in this medication beyond a certain amount can lead to symptoms such as increased blood pressure, fluid retention, and edema, so caution is advised. Dry mouth or tongue curvature may occur as side effects during use. Additionally, specific herbal ingredients, Banha and Odu, should not be used together with this medication. When storing, avoid direct sunlight, keep it in a cool, dry place, and it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
