Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so those with genetic lactose intolerance issues should not use it. People with high blood pressure or older adults, patients with heart or kidney problems, individuals with edema, those under medical treatment, children with nutritional disorders, and persons exhibiting damp-heat symptoms must consult with a professional before taking this medication. If after taking this medication, urine output decreases, swelling occurs in the face and extremities, eyelids become heavy, hands feel stiff, blood pressure rises, or headaches occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use may lead to side effects such as hypokalemia, elevated blood pressure, or fluid retention; thus, it is important to regularly monitor blood potassium levels. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis appear, discontinue use and seek professional care. Be cautious when taking this medication together with other drugs containing potassium or licorice, as side effects may worsen. Exercise caution when used with certain diuretics. Moreover, long-term use of this medication may cause aldosterone-like symptoms such as increased blood pressure or edema, so use should be done carefully. Side effects such as dry mouth or unusual sensations in the tongue may occur during use. It is advisable not to use the specific ingredients Banha and Odu together. Serious side effects
