This medication should not be taken by individuals with inflammatory fever. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, etc., should not take it. Those with heavy menstruation, pregnant women, individuals with weak digestive systems, patients with hypertension or elderly individuals, those with heart or kidney issues, individuals with edema, and those currently undergoing treatment should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If there is a decrease in urine output, swelling of the face or limbs, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness of the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches while on this medication, it is essential to stop taking it immediately and consult with a specialist. Long-term use may cause symptoms such as hypokalemia, elevated blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, and weight gain, so regular monitoring of serum potassium levels is necessary. Discontinue use if abnormalities are found. Hypokalemia can cause muscle weakness, cramps, and paralysis. If such symptoms occur, use should be stopped immediately, and a specialist should be consulted. Care should be taken as the glycyrrhizin component in this medication can cause similar side effects when taken long-term at doses exceeding 40mg per day. Using potassium supplements, other medications containing licorice, or specific diuretics may increase the risk of side effects and should be used cautiously. To store this medication, keep it tightly closed to prevent exposure to air or moisture, ideally at a temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
