Precautions

This medicine must be taken under the supervision of a professional when used for lowering blood pressure. Those with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, elderly individuals may need to adjust the dosage due to decreased body function, so caution is necessary. It is also safer to consult a professional if you are taking other medications or receiving treatment. Individuals with weak stomachs should be cautious as they may experience loss of appetite, heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea. If gastrointestinal discomfort worsens during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Symptoms such as decreased urine volume, swelling of the face or limbs, heaviness of the eyelids, hand stiffness, increased blood pressure, and headaches may indicate hyperaldosteronism, and you should consult a professional immediately. Discontinue use and consult medical personnel if you experience muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis symptoms. If skin rashes, itching, or hives occur, stop taking it immediately and inform a professional. If symptoms do not improve, it is advisable to discontinue use and consult within a few days. If taking for a long time, it is safe to do so while regularly consulting with a professional. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and never increase or decrease it arbitrarily. Caution should be taken when using this medication with potassium-containing medications, licorice-containing medications, or certain diuretics, as this may increase the risk of side effects such as muscle weakness. While this medication may be effective for facial paralysis, mental anxiety, limb paralysis, and speech impairment, the effect may vary depending on the symptoms. The effectiveness for respiratory difficulty has not been proven, so it is advisable not to use it for this symptom.
