Loki Gel (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply lidocaine 23-62 mg (0.25-0.66 grams as gel) 5-15 minutes before intercourse. The dosage and application time vary by individual, using the minimum effective amount. Do not exceed 2 grams (184 mg of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medication should not be used if you or your partner are allergic to this medication or other amide local anesthetics. Additionally, patients with wounds or inflammation at the application site should not use this medication. It should not be administered to a pregnant partner. Caution is required for patients with liver or kidney problems when using this medication. This medication contains propylene glycol, so patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this component should use it with caution. If a rash or irritation occurs on the skin while using this medication, usage should be immediately discontinued, and if symptoms persist, a consultation with a doctor is necessary. Furthermore, it is advisable not to use this medication for more than three months without a doctor's instruction. This medication is for external use only on the skin, and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or nose. Avoid repeated application to the same area. Finally, keep this medication in a safe place away from children or infants.
