Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant as the ingredient Daehwang can contract the uterus, increasing the risk of premature birth. Additionally, breastfeeding women should not take this medication as Daehwang can be transmitted through breast milk and cause diarrhea in infants. This medication contains lactose; thus, individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should not take it. When taking other traditional medicines or medications containing Daehwang, care should be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients.
