This drug should not be used in individuals with inflammatory fever, vomiting due to body heat, or those who are weak and have a dry cough. Additionally, individuals who are weak, have a fever, and have low energy or those with deficiencies in blood and energy are also advised not to take this drug. This drug contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic intolerance to lactose should not take it. People with high blood pressure, older adults, patients with heart or kidney problems, those with body swelling, and anyone currently under medical treatment should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug. If there is a decrease in urination or symptoms of swelling in the face, hands, or feet, heaviness of the eyelids, or stiffness in the hands, or if there are increases in blood pressure or headaches while taking this drug, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Long-term use of this drug, which contains a certain level of licorice, can lead to side effects such as low potassium levels and increased blood pressure, so regular blood tests should be conducted, and if abnormalities are detected, use should be discontinued. Hypokalemia may cause muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis symptoms, so if such symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Caution is required as using this drug in combination with potassium-containing medications, licorice, or certain diuretics can exacerbate side effects. This drug should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air and humidity, and it is best kept at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Proper storage helps maintain the drug's efficacy.
