Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are weak or have been coughing for a long time, those who are coughing up blood, or those with inflammatory fever. Additionally, it contains lactose monohydrate, so patients with genetic lactose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Individuals with high blood pressure, the elderly, those with heart or kidney problems, those with edema, and those currently receiving medical treatment must consult a professional before taking this medication. If during use, symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, heaviness of the eyelids, or stiffness in the hands develop, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use may lead to abnormal symptoms such as hypokalemia, elevated blood pressure, and fluid retention, so regular blood tests should be conducted to monitor the condition. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur, stop taking the medication and inform healthcare personnel. If symptoms indicating liver dysfunction such as fatigue, loss of appetite, jaundice, nausea, vomiting, severe upper abdominal pain, or dark urine appear, stop taking it immediately. This medication may increase the risk of side effects when taken with potassium-containing medications or those containing licorice, so caution is needed. In particular, when combined with certain diuretics, hypokalemia and muscle-related issues may arise, so consult a professional before taking it. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and ensure it is tightly sealed after use. Also, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
