Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals with certain infectious skin diseases as it may worsen the symptoms. It should be avoided by those who have had allergic reactions or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication. It is advisable not to use this medication if there is a perforation in the eardrum or severe skin damage, as it may delay wound healing. Patients with perioral dermatitis, typical acne, or rosacea should safely avoid using this medication. Individuals allergic to aminoglycoside antibiotics should also refrain from using this medication. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. It should be administered to children or adolescents under the supervision of a guardian, and caution is needed because the risk of side effects is higher relative to body weight. If signs of skin infection or irritation, rash, itching, or redness occur during use, stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term use or use over a large area may cause systemic side effects, thus regular examinations are necessary. Exercise caution when using near the eyes, as issues such as glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure may arise. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed methods and dosages, and usage should be stopped as soon as symptoms improve. Special methods such as occlusive dressing should not be used without a doctor's instructions, as this increases the risk of side effects. Pregnant or nursing mothers should use this medication only when absolutely necessary under professional judgment, and long-term or large-dose usage should be avoided. In children, this medication must be used cautiously and at the minimum dose to prevent growth disorders or decreased hormonal function.
