How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 1 packet 3 times a day before meals or in between meals.

Child dose

Children aged 7-14 years take 2/3 packet once, 4-6 years take 1/2 packet once, and 2-3 years take 1/3 packet once, 3 times a day before meals or in between meals.
