This medication should not be used in individuals who are weak or have a fever, have excessive internal heat or a dry cough, have fever due to inflammation, or have symptoms of vomiting. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with genetic disorders that impair the digestion or absorption of lactose. In children who are malnourished or have damp-heat symptoms, this medication should be used with caution. Individuals with high blood pressure, older adults, those with heart or kidney diseases, those with body edema, and those currently undergoing medical treatment should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face, hands, or feet, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness in the hands, elevated blood pressure, or headaches occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use may result in symptoms such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, and weight gain; thus, potassium levels in the blood should be checked regularly, and use should be discontinued if abnormalities are found. Symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, and paralysis may occur due to hypokalemia, and if these symptoms appear, stop taking the medication and consult healthcare professionals. Caution should be exercised if taken with other medications containing potassium or licorice or certain diuretics, as the risk of side effects may increase. Some side effects may include dry mouth or a feeling of a cracked tongue, so be vigilant. It is advisable not to use this medication in conjunction with specific ingredients such as Banha and Odu. Store in an airtight container to protect from air and moisture, and keep at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Serious side effects
