The glycyrrhizin component in this medication can lead to reduced potassium levels and increased blood pressure if taken in excess for a prolonged period, and excessive retention of sodium and fluid in the body may manifest as symptoms such as edema or weight gain, so caution is advised. Long-term use of this medication may result in low blood potassium levels and elevated blood pressure, causing edema or weight gain, so regular blood tests should be conducted to monitor the condition. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur due to reduced potassium levels, use should be stopped and a doctor should be consulted.
