This medication helps to provide vitamin E to the elderly and is used to alleviate symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness and numbness and coldness of the extremities associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. It is also effective in improving muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Thus, it aids in improving blood circulation and maintaining muscle health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule twice daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids together. Infants under one year, patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients with heart or circulatory disorders, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, dyslipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or any other lipid metabolism disorders should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes or redness, heart rhythm irregularities, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, medical attention is required if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur. Women taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the vitamin E component of this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. In the case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, so consult a specialist immediately. Caution is also needed when taken together with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene, as hyperkalemia may occur. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is advisable to consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage instructions, and adult supervision is required when administering to children. It is recommended to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, around the time of administration. Patients with concerns of lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels to adjust the dose of this medication and should adjust the dosage when using other lipid injections in consideration of their lipid content. During storage, keep this medicine out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
