Relief of inflammation and pain from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
This medicine is effective in treating degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis when taken orally. It is also used to relieve fever and pain from colds, back pain, dysmenorrhea, and pain occurring after surgery. Additionally, it helps with ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. The suppository form is used to alleviate fever in children with acute upper respiratory tract infections. Overall, this medication is effective in improving symptoms of various pain and inflammatory diseases.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: take 200-600mg orally 3-4 times daily. A maximum daily dose of 3200mg may be taken. Mild to moderate pain, colds: 200-400mg orally 3-4 times daily for adults. Adjust based on age and symptoms.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3-4 doses daily. Single oral dose for children: - 11-14 years: 200-250mg - 7-10 years: 150-200mg
This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily, so it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, especially in individuals with a history of cardiovascular conditions or risk factors when taken for an extended period. Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur, particularly in older adults or those taking it for a long time. Individuals with gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, or liver or kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. Those with allergies to the ingredients of this medication or a history of asthma should avoid taking it, and pregnant women in late pregnancy should not take it as it may affect the fetus. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and it is advisable not to take it with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk and cause adverse reactions in the baby, so breastfeeding should be paused or the medication should be stopped. Individuals with blood disorders, liver impairments, kidney impairments, heart disease, or hypertension should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication may reduce the cardioprotective effects of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taken alongside aspirin. If any allergic reactions, skin rashes, breathing difficulties, gastrointestinal bleeding, or abnormalities in liver or kidney function occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are important during prolonged use to monitor for any abnormalities. It is preferable to take this medication at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration necessary, and if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and kept in the original container to prevent misuse or quality deterioration.

Do not take this medication with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, low-dose aspirin, or high-dose methotrexate. Additionally, consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking it with ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is best to maintain the storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature.
