The vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) contained in this product helps relieve peripheral circulatory disorders during old age and symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in hands and feet experienced during menopause. It is also used to improve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, vitamin E is effective in improving blood circulation and maintaining muscle health.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This product should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients or exhibiting hypersensitivity reactions. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months, patients with severely impaired kidney function, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. It is recommended to avoid taking this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women who are receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant, possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, or patients with heart or kidney diseases, and patients with hypoalbuminemia should consult a specialist before using this medication. Particularly, individuals with lipid metabolism issues or allergies to yellow No. 5 dye should take caution. In case of overdose, nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart problems may occur; hence caution is advised, and care should be taken when using with specific diuretics as hyperkalemia may occur. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and when administered to children, supervision by an adult is required. It is advisable to avoid drinking tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. This product must be stored out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, it is important not to transfer this product to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (flushing), red spots, nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema (swelling), central nervous system dysfunction, menstrual changes (earlier than expected or increased volume, prolonged bleeding).
