Piescream (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply as an ointment 0.25-0.66 grams (23-62 milligrams of Lidocaine) 5-15 minutes before intercourse. The dosage and application time vary by individual and the minimum effective dose should be used. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 grams (184 milligrams of Lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medicine should not be used if you or your partner are allergic to this drug or any other amide-type local anesthetics. Do not apply this medicine to areas of the skin with wounds or inflammation, and it is advisable not to use it on a partner who is pregnant. Patients with liver or kidney function issues should use this medicine with special caution. This medicine contains propylene glycol, so patients who are allergic or sensitive to this ingredient should use it carefully. If a rash or irritation occurs during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor if the symptoms persist. Avoid prolonged use for more than 3 months without a physician's guidance. This medicine is for external use only, and should not be applied to mucous membrane areas such as eyes or nose. It is preferable to avoid continuous application to the same area.

This medicine may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is recommended to store it at room temperature, between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This helps maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer period.
