Precautions

This product is a topical agent containing terbinafine and should be avoided in certain cases. First, it should not be used by individuals who have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to any of its components. Women who are pregnant, possibly pregnant, or breastfeeding should not use this product. Moreover, it is advisable not to use it on children as its safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently established. While animal studies have shown no teratogenic potential, clinical experience in humans is limited, and it is safest to consult a doctor before use. For breastfeeding women, this product can be secreted in breast milk, so it should not be used during breastfeeding and care should be taken to prevent contact between the baby and the treated area. Safety and efficacy on pediatric patients have not been verified, therefore it should not be used. No specific dose adjustments or adverse reaction differences have been reported for the elderly, but caution is advised. In cases where skin lesions may worsen with alcohol, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before use. If abnormalities such as itching, skin peeling, pain, irritation, color changes, red spots, or scabbing occur, stop using the product immediately and consult a specialist. It may cause irritation if it gets into eyes; rinse with clean water immediately if that occurs. Rarely, worsening of fungal infections may occur, so monitor for changes in symptoms. This product should not be applied to facial areas and is for topical use only. While it does not affect driving or machinery operation, concurrent application of other medications to the treatment area is not recommended. Some components included in this product may cause irritation to skin, eyes, and mucous membranes, so caution is warranted. In case of excessive use, systemic absorption is low and risks are minimal, but if accidentally overdosed, symptoms like headaches, nausea, and dizziness may occur, and the healthcare professional should be notified immediately. Lastly, it is important to store it in a safe place out of the reach of children.
