Effect of disinfecting and sterilizing wounds and anal area
This medication can be used for scratched wounds, cuts, and wounds, and is also effective for sterilizing and disinfecting hands or fingers. Additionally, it is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the anal area in individuals with hemorrhoids. It helps to prevent infections in wounds and maintain cleanliness. It can be used safely for these purposes.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once daily or several times as needed.
This medication should not be used by individuals who are hypersensitive to chlorhexidine. Particular care must be taken when applying directly to the nervous system including the brain, spinal cord, or inner ear, as it may cause hearing loss or neurological disorders. Furthermore, if used on mucous membranes such as the vagina, bladder, or oral cavity, shock symptoms may occur, so initial symptoms must be monitored closely. It is also dangerous to come into direct contact with the eyes, so it must never be used there, and it is advised not to use it on ulcerated or purulent wounds. Prior to using this medication, individuals with a history of allergic reactions to medications or cosmetics, as well as those or their family members who have allergic constitution, and individuals currently receiving treatment from a doctor must consult an expert. It is also important to consult with medical staff before using on large or severely burned wounds, and on the external genital area just before childbirth. If symptoms of shock such as nausea, discomfort, cold sweat, or difficulty breathing occur during use or hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, hives, itching, or swelling arise, it is imperative to stop using immediately and consult medical staff. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after using for 5-6 days, consultation with an expert is recommended. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed usage and dosage, and especially when used in children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. Before use, it should be thoroughly confirmed whether there is a hypersensitivity reaction to chlorhexidine, and this medication should only be applied externally, and must never be ingested. Care must be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, and if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water and seek ophthalmological treatment if symptoms are severe. To maintain its sterilizing effect, clean the wound area thoroughly before use, ensuring there is no soap or organic material left, and it is recommended to use clean distilled water for dilution. When using over long periods or on large areas, care should be taken not to inhale vapors, and it should be stored in a tightly closed container out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place. Direct sunlight should be avoided, it must not be transferred to other containers, and it should be stored in its original container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
