Vitamins B and C are essential nutrients for maintaining normal bodily functions. The B vitamin group helps with energy production, nerve health, and cellular metabolism. Vitamin C plays an important role in enhancing immunity, maintaining skin health, and providing antioxidant effects. These two vitamins are useful in preventing and improving symptoms such as fatigue and decreased immunity that can occur from deficiency. Therefore, the supplementation of vitamins B and C is used to maintain healthy bodily functions.

Precautions
This medication should not be used in patients with pernicious anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. Using this medication in a vitamin B12 deficiency state may improve hematologic symptoms in some cases but can worsen neurological symptoms. Individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to any of the components in this medication should not take it. Additionally, infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. This medication should not be taken together with levodopa while on treatment. Individuals receiving medical treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains colorants, Yellow No. 4 and Yellow No. 5, so those with hypersensitivity or a history of allergies to these ingredients should take this medication with caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, or abdominal bloating occur or if an allergic reaction appears during medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance or peripheral nerve function issues, so caution is warranted. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take high doses of vitamin B12 may show hematological adverse reactions. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or induce problems with blood sugar control, increase serum uric acid levels, and cause liver damage. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and directions from a physician. If symptoms do not improve after a month of use or worsen, consult a professional immediately. This medication may affect urine tests for blood sugar and may change urine color to yellow, affecting test results.
