Precautions
This medication should not be used by patients with hyperactive thyroid function. Additionally, it should not be administered to patients taking MAO inhibitors, and it is also safe for patients with malignant hypertension and severe tachycardia to avoid using this medication. This medication contains the dye Allura Red AC, so those who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to this component should use it cautiously. Due to the Ginkgo Biloba Extract, rare side effects such as allergic reactions, headaches, gastrointestinal problems, or increased blood pressure may occur. The Heptaminol component may cause skin redness or, rarely, rapid heartbeats. Patients with severe arterial hypertension should closely monitor their blood pressure when using this medication. This medication is effective only for acute hemorrhoids, so if symptoms do not improve, consult a specialist. Athletes should be cautious as the Heptaminol component may lead to positive results on doping tests. Individuals with bleeding disorders or those taking antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants should consult with a physician before use, and discontinue this medication 3-4 days prior to any scheduled surgery. It is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and if symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consultation with a specialist is recommended. It is not intended for use in children. This medication should not be taken with MAO inhibitors due to the risk of increased blood pressure. There are no reported risks of congenital malformations during the first three months of pregnancy, but it is recommended to avoid use during pregnancy. Additionally, it is advised not to use it while breastfeeding. In case of overdose, blood pressure and heart rate should be carefully monitored. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place.
