How to take

Adult dose

Usually, adults take 20 pills per occasion, 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 11-14 years, 13 pills per occasion, for ages 8-10 years, 10 pills per occasion, to be taken 3 times a day before meals or between meals. Not to be taken by those under 7 years of age.
