This medication effectively improves gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, and discomfort caused by excessive stomach acid. It is also used to alleviate stomach-related symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. By providing an antacid effect, it helps reduce discomfort caused by stomach acid, supporting patients' digestive health. Therefore, it is suitable for the treatment of various symptoms related to gastric diseases.
Adults and children over 12 years: Administer 1 to 1.5 g of Almagate orally 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals. An additional dose may be taken before bedtime if needed. Shake well before use.
This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this drug or its components. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, hemorrhoids, or edema should also avoid it. Those with preeclampsia or diarrhea, as well as individuals with unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding, should exercise caution with this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication alongside tetracycline antibiotics, as it may interfere with the absorption of the antibiotic. If you are taking other medications, consult with your doctor or pharmacist as this drug may affect the absorption or excretion of other drugs. Especially, it is recommended to space the administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ulcer treatment medications, certain heart medications, antibiotics, and iron supplements by 2 to 3 hours. Patients with impaired kidney function should be cautious as magnesium or aluminum components can accumulate in the body. Additionally, those who are weak, have inadequate intake of phosphorus, or have absorption issues should be careful about long-term use as it may affect bone health. Elderly patients, those with gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, and nursing mothers should also consult a professional before taking this medication. If constipation or diarrhea occurs during administration or symptoms do not improve within 2 weeks, discontinue use immediately and seek professional advice. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration methods, and when taken by children, it should be done under the supervision of an adult. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children, and store it in its original container tightly closed. It is best to keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Constipation, diarrhea

Do not take this medication with tetracycline antibiotics. Consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is required if taken with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ulcer treatments, digitalis preparations, chlorpromazine, lansoprazole, prednisolone, penicillin, quinolones, iron preparations, or salicylates.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container that blocks light, preferably at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. Export medication should be stored in a sealed container and likewise at room temperature.
