Adult use

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-2 times a day, adjusting as needed based on symptoms. Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks or more than 50g (50mL of solution) in a week.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in patients with skin infections, as symptoms may worsen. Patients allergic to this medication or with a history of hypersensitivity reactions should not use it. It should be avoided in areas with perforations in the eardrum or severe burns/ulcers, as healing may be delayed. It is also advised to refrain from using in cases of scalp infections, perioral dermatitis, common acne, or certain skin disorders. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, infants, elderly individuals, and patients with liver dysfunction or diabetes should use this medication cautiously. Long-term or extensive use may result in skin thinning or various skin side effects such as irritation, rashes, itching, or dermatitis. When used in conjunction with occlusive dressings, the risk of skin infections may increase and systemic side effects may occur, requiring caution. When applying near the eyes, precautions should be taken to avoid direct contact, as it may lead to increased intraocular pressure or conditions like cataracts or glaucoma. If a pregnant woman uses this medication for a long time or in large amounts, there may be an increased risk of giving birth to a low-birth-weight baby, so it should be used for the minimum necessary time and area. Children have a higher absorption of the drug relative to their body surface area, which could result in adrenal suppression or growth disturbances, thus they should be used with special caution. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of side effects, so close monitoring is needed when using this medication. Excessive use may lead to systemic symptoms such as adrenal insufficiency, requiring gradual reduction or cessation under medical supervision. Do not apply this medication directly to the eyes, and it is advisable not to use it after makeup or shaving outside the treatment area. Ensure the treatment area is large enough not to exceed 20% of the body surface area, and wash hands thoroughly after use. Keep out of reach of children, and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or quality degradation. Psoriasis patients should be cautious as prolonged and large quantities may worsen their condition, and usage should follow the doctor's instructions.
