View approved original text

This medicine is used to lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, which is high blood pressure of unknown cause. It is also helpful for heart failure patients with impaired left ventricular contraction function, especially for those who require additional treatment with ACE inhibitors or cannot tolerate ACE inhibitors well. This drug contributes to reducing the burden on the heart and improving cardiac function, aiding in alleviating patient symptoms. Therefore, it is used for the treatment of both hypertension and heart failure.
