How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals

Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Also, since this medication contains lactose, patients with genetically determined galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients who have experienced allergic reactions, those taking other medications, patients with kidney or liver function problems, patients receiving medical treatment, patients with low phosphate levels, patients with high blood pressure or elderly patients, and those with heart disease or edema should use this medication with caution and consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If symptoms such as rash, itching, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, constipation, or dry mouth occur while taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Rarely, quickened heartbeat or liver function abnormalities may occur, requiring caution. If there is a reduction in urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, heavy eyelids, stiffness of the hands, increasing blood pressure, or headache, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Long-term use with medications containing licorice can lead to hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, and edema, so condition should be monitored through blood tests. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur, discontinue use and consult a professional. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and regimen, and if symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than two weeks, stop taking it and consult a professional. It is preferable not to use for extended periods of time, and patients with kidney diseases should always consult a professional before use. Caution should be taken when taken with potassium-containing preparations, licorice-containing preparations, or certain diuretics as muscle abnormalities may occur. It is best not to take this medication together with gastrointestinal analgesics. This medication should not be used in children under 15 years of age, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.
