This medication is used for various skin conditions such as progressive keratoderma (dry type of housewife's eczema), palmoplantar keratoderma, ichthyosis (fish scale disease), senile keratoderma, papular dermatitis, and atopic dermatitis.

How to use

Adult use

Wash the affected area 1 to several times a day, then apply this medication and rub it in well.

Precautions

This medication should not be used on mucous membranes, such as soft tissues like the eyes or mouth. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of this medication should avoid using it. It is advisable not to apply this medication on areas with acute eczema or severe inflammatory skin conditions. Patients with poor kidney function should avoid applying this medication over large areas. If there is inflammation or cracking in the skin, transient skin irritation may occur when using this medication, so caution is needed. People with sensitive skin or who react easily to irritants should be careful using this medication as transient irritation symptoms may arise. Using this medication may cause transient irritation symptoms such as pain, warmth, redness, and itching on the skin. If an allergic reaction occurs, use should be stopped immediately and consultation with a physician should be sought if symptoms worsen. If symptoms such as skin dryness, cracking, tingling, or swelling become severe, use should be stopped and professional assistance should be sought. This medication may increase the absorption of other medications, especially corticosteroids or specific skin treatments, so caution should be exercised when using them together. This product is for topical application only; it is safe to avoid applying it directly to wounds or ulcers. Care should be taken to avoid contact with mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, and mouth; and if it accidentally gets into the eyes, it should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water. This medication should be stored in a secure location out of reach of children to prevent improper use.
