Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to any specific components or those who experience hypersensitivity reactions. In particular, it should be avoided by babies under 3 months old or those allergic to soy oil, beans, or peanuts. Do not take this medication concurrently with Levodopa. Consultation with a professional is essential before use in patients under one year of age, those receiving treatment from a doctor, individuals with certain kidney diseases or metabolic disorders, and women who are pregnant or nursing. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, which requires caution if allergic. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, or vomiting occurs during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Women should be cautious as menstrual changes or increased bleeding may occur, and the risk of thrombosis may rise when taken with certain contraceptives. Long-term high-dose use may result in tolerance, and excessive intake of pyridoxine or vitamin B12 may lead to neurological or hematological abnormalities. High-dose intake can cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar regulation disorders, and liver damage, so extra caution is warranted. Adhere strictly to the dosage and administer to children under the supervision of a guardian. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking, as this medication can turn urine yellow, affecting test results. Specifically, patients with lipid overload should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust medication doses as needed. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring to another container.
