Adult dosage
For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, administer 200-600 mg as a single dose, orally 3-4 times a day. The dosage can be adjusted according to age and symptoms. For mild to moderate pain and colds, 200-400 mg can be taken orally 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose can be up to 3200 mg. For adolescents aged 12 years and older, the dosage is 200-400 mg orally, 3-4 times a day. If the weight is less than 30 kg, the total daily dose should not exceed 500 mg, and administration on an empty stomach is preferably avoided.
Children's dosage
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3-4 oral doses per day. For children, insert 1 dose of 3.0-6.0 mg per kg body weight rectally twice a day.

This medication is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis, as well as fever and pain due to colds, back pain, dysmenorrhea, and postoperative pain. It is also effective for ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries like sprains or contusions, and non-joint rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. It is used as a suppository to reduce fever in children due to acute upper respiratory tract infections. This medication helps improve a variety of pain and inflammatory conditions.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, administer 200-600 mg as a single dose, orally 3-4 times a day. Precautions

This medicine may cause an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by people who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, and should strictly be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist. People with cardiovascular disease or risk factors should be careful, as the risk of cardiovascular adverse reactions such as myocardial infarction and stroke may increase with long-term or high-dose use of this medication. Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions like gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may occur, especially in the elderly or patients on long-term treatment, who are at a higher risk. If there is a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood abnormalities, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart failure, or hypertension, this medication should not be taken. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication or a history of asthma, as well as those who have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, should avoid taking this medicine. This medication should not be taken during late pregnancy, as it may cause early closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and do not combine with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. During breastfeeding, this medication can be transferred to breast milk and cause serious adverse reactions in infants; thus, breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication cessation considered. Patients with blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication may interact with certain drugs; if taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, etc., consult a specialist. If any serious symptoms such as allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rashes, respiratory distress, or kidney dysfunction occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. The medication should be taken for the shortest time possible at the minimum effective dose, and regular check-ups are necessary for long-term use. Patients with hypertension or heart failure should carefully monitor fluid retention and blood pressure changes while taking this medication, and patients with impaired kidney function should also exercise caution. In pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, taking this medication may affect fetal kidney function, so it should be used at the minimum dose for the shortest duration, and amniotic fluid status should be regularly monitored. Keep it out of reach of children and store it in the original container.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist when taking it with low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
