How to take

Adult dose

As Almagate, take 1 g at a time, 3 times a day, orally chewed 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals. An additional dose may be taken before bedtime if necessary.

Child dose

Children over 12 years of age take the same dosage as adults.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, hemorrhoids, those with fluid retention leading to swelling, pregnant women with toxemia, patients with diarrhea, and those with unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals with weakened bodies, those on low-fat diets, or those with malabsorption disorders should be cautious as long-term use may affect bone health. Elderly individuals, those with gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, pregnant women, females who may become pregnant, or those who are breastfeeding should consult a professional before taking this medication. If constipation, diarrhea, or other abnormal symptoms occur during treatment, or symptoms do not improve after taking for more than 2 weeks, you should stop taking immediately and consult with a professional.
