This medicine is used for infections caused by the herpes simplex virus, particularly for initial and recurrent genital herpes and oral herpes. Herpes simplex is characterized by blister-like symptoms, and this drug helps alleviate these symptoms and suppress viral activity. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication is applied to the affected area (diseased area) 5 times a day at approximately 4-hour intervals. Treatment should continue for 5 days, and if not resolved after 5 days, it may be used for an additional 5 days.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to its components. Care should be taken, especially in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredients present in this medication.
