This medicine is an irrigation solution used during ophthalmic surgery lasting up to 60 minutes. It helps protect the eye tissue during surgery and keeps the surgical area clean to facilitate a safe procedure.

How to use

Adult use

Used according to the prescribed method based on the type of surgery. Use an intravenous infusion set with an air inlet in the plastic spike according to the specific infusion set being used. Remove the plastic flip-off cap and clean and disinfect the rubber stopper with alcohol before inserting the spike through the center of the rubber stopper in a sterile manner. Remove air before infusing the solution.

Precautions

This drug should be used with caution if there are abnormalities in the corneal endothelium, as it may cause blisters on the cornea or inflammatory disease due to irrigation or trauma. This drug may cause damage to the cornea and other ocular tissues, so the prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed in all surgical procedures. This drug should only be used as an irrigation solution during ophthalmic surgery and must never be used for intravenous injection. This drug does not contain preservatives, so it should not be reused after one use, and it should not be used if the solution is cloudy or if a vacuum state is not maintained.
