Patients with impaired liver function should also be administered with caution, and careful administration is needed for those with a history of drug allergies and elderly patients. Patients taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should pay special attention, and those aged middle-aged or older with a history of gastric ulcers or newly developed dyspeptic symptoms should confirm the presence of malignancies before administration. Patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers infected by Helicobacter pylori should undergo bacterial eradication treatment concurrently. This medication can rarely cause severe allergic reactions or various side effects such as blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, neurological disorders, and skin rashes, so if any abnormal symptoms occur, administration should be stopped immediately and medical attention should be sought. During treatment, the patient's condition should be carefully monitored and only the minimum effective dosage should be used; if there is no effect, other treatment methods should be considered.
