Precautions

This drug should not be used in patients with hyperthyroidism. It should also not be administered to patients taking MAO inhibitors, patients with malignant hypertension, or patients with severe tachycardia. The Ginkgo leaf extract contained in this medicine can rarely cause allergic skin reactions, headaches, gastrointestinal issues, and occasionally raise blood pressure. Additionally, due to the Heptaminol hydrochloride ingredient, skin redness or, rarely, rapid heart rate may occur. Patients with severe arterial hypertension should monitor their blood pressure carefully when taking this medication. It is used for acute hemorrhoids, and it is not effective for other anal conditions, so if symptoms do not improve quickly, a consultation with a specialist is necessary. Athletes should be cautious as the Heptaminol hydrochloride contained in this medication may yield positive results in doping tests. Patients at risk of bleeding or those taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs should definitely consult with a doctor before using this medication, and it should be discontinued 3-4 days prior to any scheduled surgery. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, patients should consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication is not to be administered to children. Due to the Heptaminol hydrochloride content, it should not be taken concurrently with MAO inhibitors, as it can raise blood pressure. It is advised that women in early pregnancy or breastfeeding do not use this medication, especially pregnant women should avoid it due to the vascular and anticoagulant effects it may have. In the event of overdose, blood pressure and heart rate should be closely monitored. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Furthermore, to maintain quality and prevent misuse, it should not be transferred to other containers.
