Adult dose

Generally, an adult should take one dose (5.0 grams) three times a day before or between meals.

This medicine contains lactose, so it should not be taken by individuals with a genetic problem that prevents lactose digestion. Individuals with a weak stomach should be careful as they may experience symptoms such as decreased appetite, stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea when taking this medicine. If facial or extremity swelling, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional.
