This medicine should also not be taken by those with excess calcium in the blood, unknown systemic inflammatory disease, or renal disease. Additionally, people who are allergic to this medicine or its components, those with kidney stones, or those who are allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take this medicine together with levodopa. Patients undergoing treatment, children who are exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with certain uric acid metabolism disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women, newborns, premature infants, and gout patients must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Patients with issues in fat metabolism or conditions such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should take this medicine with caution. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, or joint pain occur during the intake of this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, consult a professional if menstruation occurs earlier than usual or if bleeding persists for an extended period. Long-term use of this medicine at high doses may lead to tolerance, and concurrent use with certain vitamins may lead to neurological or hematological disorders, so caution is necessary. High dose intake of vitamin A can increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, so it should be approached with caution. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels while taking it, and adjust the total amount of lipids if other lipid medications are used concurrently. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision by a guardian is required when administered to children. Since vitamin A can be sufficiently ingested through regular meals, care should be taken to not exceed 5,000 IU when using this medicine as a supplement. This medicine may also affect the results of certain urine tests, so it is important to inform the examiner before the test.
