Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with heart disease or those who have a history of heart disease. Infants under one year of age should also refrain from using this medication, especially if specific dosages and methods are established for children. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not take it. Patients with high blood pressure, kidney function issues, those with body swelling, and anyone currently taking other medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. It is crucial for pregnant women or those who may become pregnant to consult a professional before taking this medication. Children and the elderly should also consult a professional prior to taking this medication, as the elderly may require dosage adjustments due to weaker physiological functions. If symptoms such as facial or extremity swelling, or increased blood pressure occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and consultation with a professional is advised. Additionally, if lethargy, muscle spasms, or paralysis symptoms appear, use should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. If symptoms related to the heart such as shortness of breath, chest pain, or dizziness occur, stop taking the medication immediately and inform a professional. If liver function is impaired, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) may occur, and use should be discontinued if such symptoms appear. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5–6 times, stop using it and consult a doctor. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosages and methods, taking it only when symptoms are present, and do not continue with prolonged use. When administering to children, caregivers must supervise and guide carefully. When taken with medications containing potassium or diuretics, side effects may occur, so caution is advised. When taken alongside other herbal medicines, ensure that there is no overlap in ingredients. This medication should be stored away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and must be sealed tightly after use. Keep out of the reach of children, and avoid transferring the medication to other containers.
